Northeast Iowa RC&D is administering a donor sponsored fund to help small businesses in Decorah impacted by COVID-19. The fund will provide up to $500 stipends to qualifying businesses based on need as funding allows. It is anticipated that need will outpace the fund, but we are hoping to help as many as possible.
