Announce Changes 

The Law Offices of Anderson, Wilmarth, Van Der Maaten, Belay, Fretheim, Gipp, Evelsizer Olson, Lynch & Zahasky are pleased to announce Jana Evelsizer Olson has become a partner of the firm.  Ms. Evelsizer Olson has been with the firm since 2016.  

Lee Wilmarth has transitioned from partner to “Of Counsel” for the firm. Mr. Wilmarth will continue to provide services in Tax, Real Estate, Probate, and Estate Planning.  

The firm would also like to announce the addition of Charles Crain as an associate attorney and Assistant Winneshiek County Attorney.  Mr. Crain received his bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University in 2002 and his Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2012 and is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and Iowa.  Previously, he was a Director of Student Services at the University of Minnesota.  Mr. Crain is married to Kara Crain, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Winneshiek Medical Center. They have three children.
